Password update

Changing your password regularly is a proactive measure to enhance the security of your Forge account. To change your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to your profile page
2. Click on "Change password"
3. Follow the described procedure.

Password policy

The password must be as follow:

• At least 10 characters long
• Should contain at least 3 character classes (at least one uppercase character, one lowercase, and one numerical character)
• Not too similar to your other personal information.
• Different from a commonly used password.

Password recovery

If you lost your Forge password, which is giving you access to Forge services, including the school's computers, you can reset it following this link.

You will be asked to provide your login details. Subsequently, an email will be sent to the @epita.fr email address associated with your Forge account. This email will contain comprehensive instructions along with a reset link to reset your password.

Alternatively, you can use the button Instant recover with Office 365 which will use your IONIS / Microsoft 365 account to allow you to reset your password much quicker.
